Besides being a dedicated and experienced antique artist’s doll collector, Franco has also been a passionate music lover from early infancy.

Since 1984 he has been studying and working, along with his wife, in the field of antique artist’s dolls. He keeps records of numerous little-known models of old dolls and he has been writing about dolls for several trade magazines in Italy and abroad.
